Noble Goods is a clothing shop in a converted barn on Port Road in Kennebunk, Maine. Sustainable and natural-fibered women’s and men’s apparel from small makers in Europe, Japan, and the States.
One rule, and we’ve never bent it
Nothing comes into the barn unless we can tell you three things about it: what it’s made from, who made it, and how it was made. That’s the filter and one of the reasons why the shop is small. It’s also the reason most of what’s on the racks you won’t find anywhere else in Maine, or on anyone else.

TOAST
With colors rooted in nature, deep indigo to ochre, each piece is crafted with great care, using natural materials when possible.
Pas de Calais
Founded in Tokyo in 1998 by Yukari Suda, the brand develops textiles in-house with natural, hypoallergenic dyes; everything is produced in Japan.
Grainne Morton
No two pieces are the same. They hand-set every vintage stone and found fragment in Edinburgh.
Visit us in Kennebunk
Most people find us in July, but the barn is open all year-round. Port Road in the summer is hard to beat, and that’s when we see most of our visitors, but the barn runs year-round, and so does the online store. If you’ve been meaning to get back to Kennebunk and haven’t managed it, our online store is all the same makers, same filter, and same standard as the barn.
